BASINS 4.0 is Now Released on the Basins Website.
The BASINS Version 4.0 system runs on an open source GIS (MapWindow "mapwindow.com"). Download the BASINS
4.0 software off of the BASINS website.

Server Scheduled Downtime
Chris Michaelis will be moving the main MapWindow server to new location on August 25, 2006. The machine will be placed on a hugely improved internet connection, such that we may see much faster file transfers. There will be a one hour outage while the server is physically moved, at approximately 3:30 PM MDT. Thanks!
