Description: A plugin to visually display and analyze spatially-oriented bayesian decision networks by associating nodes with GIS spatial locations in a point shape file.

Uses the Open-Source SMILE BN .NET engine developed at the Decisions Systems Laboratory at University of Pittsburgh and replaces the Netica version of the Baysian Analysis Plugin.

To get the most current smilenet.dll and GeNIe (graphical BN editor) go to http://genie.sis.pitt.edu/. The files attached here though should be the latest and are hosted here with permission of their creators.

• mwBayesianNetSmile.dll(92 KB - January 03 2007.) | Put this file in your mapwindow plugins directory or under a sub-directory in that directory.
• smilenet.dll (1.2 MB - January 03 2007.) | The SMILE .NET dll BN engine. put this in the same sub-directory as the mwBayesianNetSmile.dll.
• genie2_setup.exe (7.8 MB - January 03 2007.) | (OPTIONAL) The installer for the GeNIe graphical BN editor. Install this to use the View Network Editor option of the plugin.
