Cost

The cost structure for this conference is kept low due to volunteerism and donations of time and resources from our partners.

Please bring your guests! Families of participants are welcome to the register as guests and join the conference BBQ.

Day passes can be bought for any day, you can even buy multiple day passes if you just want to go to 2 or 3 days of the conference.
Students and staff of VHL-Larenstein and members of VVA get day passes for free, registration is still required. You can register for a free pass by mailing me.
A group of students (min. 5) can get a considerably discount. Mail me for more info.

Registration includes:

• Participation in workshops, presentations and meetings.
• Conference T-shirt and OSGeo-Live DVD with software.
• Conference goodie bag and access to the video recordings.
• Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks each day.
• Lunch each day.
• Tuesday night conference BBQ.
• Access to the network drink (social hour)

Guest registration includes:

• Guest Brunch on Tuesday at 10:00 AM - opportunity to get to know some of the other guests.
• Tuesday night conference BBQ.

Free passes:

Students and teachers of VanHall-Larenstein University of Applied Sciences and members of Alumni association VVA-Larenstein can get free passes.

Payment

Use this form to pay for the conference registration. Select a registration type and click the "Pay Now" button. This will take you to a secure PayPal page where you can pay using a PayPal account OR with a credit card.
You can also choose to donate some extra money. Select one of the last two options of the 'Registration type' if you want this.
