I just replace them with "0.0", and all works.
A strange think I've seen is that if i add each layer and then I drag them up and down in the legend I've no problem, if I read an xml file and then I drag up and down layer in legend I've very strange effects (layer dosen't move).
May be the two things are the same problem ?
Is better I post there or on a codeplex ?

I check both, but honestly, at this point with this forum taking forever to actually commit a post, your observation would be best served posted as an issue on dot spatial. I will transfer it over there now. Thanks for taking the time to sleuth out the potential problems with the system. Every little bit helps when we bring this together for so many users to take advantage of.
