MapWindow 4 - Plugins : MapWindow Discussion Forum
hi all, I m creating my own application in vb.net for that i have downloaded the shapefile editor.dll and measureproject.dll for the purpose of moving shapes(polygons) and measuring area but i m not familiar with C# so anybody can help me how to use these plugins in vb.net.

I haven't done this myself but I think you just need to reference the shapefile editor.dll in your own project and import its namespace.
