i show name road with unicode but can't view correct file dbf can't read unicode ,i find on internet dbf can read unicode but dbf of shapefiles not show unicode i upload screen capture here,anyone know fix it [

this is my code work corect
but label cant not show corect unicode
sf.Open("D:\highway.shp")
sf.Labels.Generate("[Name]", MapWinGIS.tkLabelPositioning.lpLongestSegement, False)
AxMap1.AddLayer(sf, True)
anyone know fix it
