Who can help me display all field on Map?
I think SQL->SHP->display?
But
I can't display Name,Humidity...

Can you describe more about what you want to do? Such as you want to display attribute data of the shapefile, or you would like to put in data from the sql into the shapefile?

You can use the CSV to Shapefile convertor to convert your data to a shapefile. Just include the remaining columns as fields in the shapefile.
