Hello,
I have finished making a new tool called Join Data (equivalent of Join Attributes table of ArcGIS) as part of VnRPToolkit. I have released the tool today.
Sample data has also been provided to test the plugin. You can download the binaries from the following url
The tool requires a shapefile and any dbf table where atleast one of the attributes should be matching.

I downloaded the plug-in, but i receive the message attached when i try to use Shape2Formats, Geometry Analyzer(s) and Data Analyzer(s). All right with Fuzzy Aanalyzer and Raster Analyzer.
I use a Windows XP 32
