Is there a way to rotate a map when you want to print it out in order to align a particular site to be parallel to the long side of a drawing?

For example rotating a drawing so north is not pointing to the top but to the left or right edge of the drawing.

This is a common occurance in civil engineering when a drawing has to plotted out at a certain scale but the site is too long in one direction to get it all on the drawing.

NOTE: I'm still using Ver 4.7.5. I had Ver 4.8.6 installed once but had some quirky things happen...like it not reading files created in 4.7.5 correctly (at least raster images) and even though THERE WAS was a projection assigned to the project, every time I tried to measure a distance, I received a message to assign a projection to the project...even when the project was created or re-created using 4.8.6.
