Projections are very difficult.
MapWindow uses the projections from GDAL/PROJ4
Your new projection should first be added to that library and then MapWindow will recognize it properly.
Does your projection have an EPSG code? Do you have a prj file from another application (like ArcGIS) that is correct?

Thanks Mr. Meems for your answer.
I don´t know what is an EPSG code, but I have a prj file I use with the ArcGIS software.
If you agree I can send the file prj.
Thank you very much for your help.

Friends found that CRTM05 EPSG code number is 5367. Then on the website [www.epsg-registry.org] enter the code 5367 and showed me the following information:
Name, Code, Type, Status, Area Description, Remarks / Description
CR05 / CRTM05, EPSG :: 5367, ProjectedCRS, Valid, Costa Rica - onshore and offshore east of 86 ° 30'W.

It seem [svn.osgeo.org] has some updated files which contain EPSG code 5367.
I've downloaded them, but can't test without a shapefile with a valid prj file.
Can you send me that to bontepaarden[AT]gmail[D0T]com.
I'm not sure if replace the files will be enough. We might need to recompile the GDAL library and thus MapWindow.
