Reorganizing the Subversion Repository

Hi all, we've started a little house cleaning on the subversion repository including:
1) moving all old/retired code to an "olderversions" repository
2) moving all plugins to a "MapWindow4Plugins" folder
3) moving support libraries to a "SupportLibraries" folder
etc.
Hopefully this will make the repository easier to figure out for newcomers and veterans alike. Eventually all MapWindow code related to version 4 should be in the MapWindow4Dev folder and all the new version 5 stuff in MapWindow5Dev folder.
We may also want to move the BASINS and D4EM and USU Plugins into a top folder called "Projects" or something... suggestions welcome...
This won't affect how you use or interact with the development folders on your own computer, just how they'll be organized in the repository...
