I'm new to MapWindow,trying to plot some data points of addresses of participants in a program over a city map.
I have shapefiles for census tracts and blocks for my state, displayed nicely in MapWindow.
I was able to take my addresses, create a file with lat/long using BatchGeo, then create a shapefile of points from that .csv file, and I gave it the same projection as census tract layers.
