MergeShapefiles

From MapWindow GIS

Merge Shapefiles

This tool allows the user to merge two or more shapefiles into one feature.

Click on [GIS TOOLS]

Click on [VECTOR]

Click on [MERGE SHAPEFILES]

The following appears

Select the shapefiles to be merged

Select the preferred option for handling duplicate features

Enter output file name and location

Click [MERGE SHAPEFILE].

Return to Menu
