I'm working with the Geographic Weigthed regression software package to model a series of state wide land use practices. The GWR software can export data output in csv format as well as commercial ARC.e00 file formats.

I'm trying to learn how to populate a shapefile in MapWindows using data from the GWR statistical analysis.

Has anyone linked csv files with shapefiles? Can you lend a hand?
